I know it’s been awhile.
But I’ve been busy doing a BlogTalkRadio show and all!
Which you should TOTALLY check out!
www.blogtalkradio.com/conversationswithjenn
Anywho…I’ve been wanting to compose a list of some of my favorite bloggers on Myspace.com because well…I feel they deserve to have more readers.
And maybe….just maybe…
they can gain some by reading about them in this blog.
So this list is in no particular order but here are my 10 favorite Myspace bloggers.
(and don’t get offended if you didn’t make the list….it doesn’t mean I don’t love you!)

Tomorrow (well, today actually….) marks a milestone in my writing career.
I, Jennifer Neal, will be in print.
pOke Magazine has given me an amazing opportunity to do their advice column and I also covered a local band show that’s going to run in either December or January.
Ahh…it feels amazing….

So, last night while celebrating taking the first steps to becoming a “literary celebrity” I decided to make a list of things that are cool at 5 am.
I thought of more things that were NOT cool at 5 am too.
So now we have two cool lists.
Enjoy!

So, I heard more commentary on the radio today than music.
Which isn’t too far from the ordinary.
But I guess I was just too tired to change the station on my way to and from work.
Usually I don’t like all the babbling.
I’d rather listen to BlogTalkRadio anyday.
That’d be great to have access to that in my car.
But that’s another story.
The things I heard today on the radio were just crazy.

Last night was one of those “epiphany nights.”
You know what I’m talking about.
Those moments of clarity that creep in when you least expect them.
The night started off like any other.
A huge disappointment when Blockbuster didn’t have either one of the movies we were going to feature for movie night.
We got “SLC Punk” and “Grandma’s Boy”.
So the four of us, Angie, Ciara, Brooke, and I watched SLC Punk and then Ciara didn’t feel good so we didn’t even get to the second movie.
I was starting to feel a lot better about things.
I’ve been depressed for months it seems and the last few days have just felt really, really good.
Then Brooke gets a call from Sean and everything kinda changes….

Well, last night was an interesting night.
Demeter and I were hanging out and I was all ready to go to Skipper’s when he tells me we’re not going because no one else is.
I’m upset and want to go out so after much convincing we head on over there.
On the way there we pass by this apartment complex and it seems like every cop in Tampa is there.
After pulling into the parking lot that’s right next door to all of this commotion Demeter decides he’s not feeling the vibe so we head over to The Palms.
“You’re not gonna like the music,” I say to him thinking about how he’d prefer a Grateful Dead cover band to top 40 pop hop anyday.
So, we get to The Palms and I down a couple of Malibu and Coke doubles like they’re water.
Demeter’s still working on his Captain and Coke double.
The old guy next to us is talking to another old guy about Skipper’s and how tonight’s Dead Head Night.
“That place has been around forever. They’re so old they have a hole in the wall.”
“Come on, Demeter,” I say. “They’ve got a hole in the wall.”
Finally, he puts it down and we head over there.
The cops are nowhere in sight.
Suddenly, I was thrown into a time warp and what lay before me was trippier than anything I could ever imagine.
